We will be presenting the DispatchHealth healthcare model and conducting interviews on-site from 11:00am to 6:00pm.
Leaders from the Boston area will be talking about our innovative approach to healthcare, and how we bring the power of the hospital to the comfort of the home. And most importantly, how you can help us work with patients and be an integral part of our company by providing in-home medical services.
We are actively hiring Medical Technicians to join our growing clinical team servicing the Boston, MA area. We are looking for energetic, hard-working individuals with strong organizational and customer service skills to work directly with our Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants in our CLIA certified (mobile) laboratory. This individual will be directly involved in daily patient care while gaining valuable experience on an ongoing basis. Extensive on the job training will be provided for this exciting opportunity in mobile healthcare. Current EMT certification is required as a hiring credential for this position in DispatchHealth as a medical practice (non-Emergency Medical Services) organization delivering care in patient homes.

What You Need
For those applying as an Medical Technician:
- EMT License (hiring credential only)
- Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in a core science or lab science and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in chemistry and hematology, especially with experience using an i-STAT device, are encouraged to apply.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- BLS, American Heart Association
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk up and down several flights of stairs easily
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
