Summary
DispatchHealth seeks a dynamic individual to join an innovative and rapidly growing team. This role is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day operations of one to two office locations, containing approximately 4+ vehicles.
This individual will oversee fleet operations, laboratory compliance, and supply chain management within the market. While this position does not provide direct patient care, it plays a critical role in supporting Advanced Practice Providers (APP’s) by ensuring vehicles, equipment, and supplies are fully operational, compliant, and ready for field deployment. The role includes implementing policies and procedures as outlined by the central repository guide and maintaining operational excellence across all assigned responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this job, team members are regularly required to sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is primarily an office-based role responsible for supporting daily market operations, including fleet, laboratory, and supply management. The position requires regular attendance at the assigned market location to ensure vehicles, equipment, and supplies are prepared and compliant for field deployment.
While this role does not provide direct patient care, occasional travel to patient homes may be required to support Advanced Practice Provider operations, assist with equipment logistics, or address urgent operational needs in the field. Depending on the market territory, limited travel to other market locations may also be required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other Duties May Be Assigned)
- Hold primary daily operational accountability for assigned DispatchHealth markets and vehicles.
- Support market readiness by ensuring vehicles, supplies, and lab operations are fully stocked, compliant, and prepared for daily use.
- Drive clarity, consistency, and performance through a collaborative and engaging approach, aligning with internal stakeholders to achieve operational goals under the direction of local and regional leadership.
- Collaborate with the Central Services Lab team to ensure effective management and implementation of lab operations, competency training, temperature logs, recording of results, supplies, and maintenance of moderately complex certification standards within the market.
- Oversee and maintain market fleet by coordinating with central fleet, including scheduling maintenance, car washes, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage the clinical office supplies inventory, including ordering, receiving, maintaining accurate counts, utilizing inventory software, auditing clinical kits for accuracy, managing lot numbers to prevent expiration, coordinating, and completing annual physical inventory count, and managing product additions, removals, and conversions while ensuring compliance with Pegasus tracking system.
- Additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma, or equivalent required
- MA or EMT certificate required
- BLS required
- Valid driver’s licenses and clean driving record
- Interpersonal skills: the ability to cultivate strong relationships
- Initiative and a sense of competitive drive, a “go-getter”
- Ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions, comfort with ambiguity
- Strong operational, problem solving, and analytical skills and ability to operate independently
- Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing fleet operations, laboratory compliance, and supply chain functions
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adhere to established standards for educational quality
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and functions
- Team-oriented and able to work effectively and efficiently with others
- Minimum one (1) year patient facing experience
- Strong customer service, communication, and technological skills
- Function independently with supervision and direction from those this role reports to
- Work as part of a team to responsibly deliver care with flexibility and open-mindedness
- Adhere to all medical protocols, guidelines, and legal regulations
- Responsible for equipment use, care and allocation
- Restock and clean equipment at end of shift appropriately
- Continuous learner with strong critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, and weekends as needed
- Ability to drive and sit in a car for extended periods of time
- Ability to drive during the day and at night
- Ability to climb three flights of stairs while carrying equipment
- Ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds
- Visual ability to accurately perform and interpret point-of-care testing, including urine dipsticks, rapid flu tests, and iSTAT lab testing
- Ability to hear with or without accommodation
- Ability to travel to other markets approximately 10% based on business needs
