Description
EasySend is a low-code provider of a platform for organizations to build SaaS-based customer-facing interactions, including web-based data collection experiences, document creation and management, and eSignature solutions.
EasySend is looking for a B2B Enterprise SaaS Product Management leader who will champion strategic solutions from conception to execution, and take a significant role in their GTM efforts. As an experienced, hands-on leader, you will own the vision, roadmap, and thought leadership engagements of core parts of EasySend's various B2B SaaS offerings.
Responsibilities
- Create lovable products by driving product strategy and overseeing the end-to-end product development process
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach by addressing real customer pain points, constantly engaging with customers, and analyzing user and usability data
- Spearhead EasySend's product and roadmap-related interactions with North American prospects and customers
- Define and own the product life cycle: From market research to scoping and requirements definition, UI and UX, KPIs, and working with the R&D teams
- Cooperate with Sales, Customer Success, Delivery / Professional Services, and Marketing on taking the product to market
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a B2B Enterprise SaaS Product Management leader in a leading B2B enterprise web/SaaS product company, building amazing SaaS products
- Exceptional storytelling and thought leadership skills in front of prospects and customers
- Excellent eye for UI and Customer Experience, and for the supporting concepts and methods
- Deep familiarity with the tools and methods of working with R&D and designers in an Agile environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Intelligence, curiosity, and out-of-the-box thinking when identifying market opportunities and solving customer problems
- The position is hybrid, the company's US office is located in New York City
