Job Summary:
We are seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our team at ERC Pathlight in Denver, CO. As a psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent care, you will provide exceptional mental health care for individuals with eating disorders. In this role, you will work closely with patients and their families to create a foundation for long-lasting mental wellness.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as part of a team of exceptional clinicians dedicated to making a real impact in the lives of patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure successful patient outcomes
- Provide direct patient care, including daily patient contacts and documentation for inpatient (IP) patients and weekly contacts and documentation for residential and partial hospitalization program (RES/PHP) patients
- Treat patients ages 8-18 years old
- Conduct admission assessments, typically limited to two per day, with support from an admission team
- Work on-site Monday through Friday, with weekend call scheduled every 3-4 months
- Collaborate with therapists, case managers, registered dietitians, primary care physicians, registered nurses, and administrative support staff to provide comprehensive care
- Practice evidence-based, high-quality psychiatric medicine focused on superior patient care
- Have the opportunity to connect with leaders in the field and engage in scholarly work for those interested

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Completion of a psychiatric residency and Child and Adolescent fellowship OR Adolescent Medicine Fellowship from an accredited residency program
- Board eligibility in the appropriate specialty (board certification preferred)
- Eating disorder specific experience is welcomed but not required; weekly supervision is offered for support and development
- Strong commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration with experts
- Proficient in proven, evidence-based treatment modalities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
