Job Summary:
We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team at the ERC Pathlight's Eating Recovery Center in Bellevue, WA. As a Psychiatrist, you will provide compassionate care for individuals with eating disorders and primary mental health conditions. This position offers the opportunity to work in an integrated care team, collaborating with other disciplines to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients with eating disorders
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based, high-quality psychiatric care
- Collaborate with therapists, case managers, registered dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in team-based discussions and treatment planning
- Admit and assess new patients, working closely with the admission team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in psychiatric medicine
- Engage in scholarly work and connect with leaders in the field (optional)

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of a psychiatric residency from an accredited program
- Board eligibility in the appropriate specialty (board certification preferred)
- Experience in treating eating disorders is welcomed but not required (supervision and support are provided)
- Valid medical licensure
