With over 30 locations throughout the U.S. and treatment options available virtually, ERC Pathlight meets patients where they’re at to offer innovative, compassionate, and comprehensive treatment for eating disorders, as well as mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.

We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. With the critical need for mental health care and eating disorder treatment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re looking for passionate and qualified professionals who will live out our mission to help save the lives of our patients.

What you’ll be doing:

This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will help the company serve patients daily in a multitude of ways.

In a corporate role at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of a team that not only drives the mission but introduces it to prospective patients, family members of those in need of care and medical professionals who refer their patients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee regional PRL team and guide strategy for Eating Recovery Center / Pathlight Behavioral Health Programs
  • Demonstrate awareness of daily census and work with PRL regional team to handle census driven issues and blockers to admission
  • Develop and execute annual marketing plan and calendar with assigned regional PRL team
  • Adherence to and communication of approved marketing budget that facilities efficiencies and strategic planning
  • Guide performance of PRL team through review of individualized SalesForce dashboards
  • Provide training to assigned regional PRL team in order to increase effectiveness and performance
  • Provide 1:1 supervision/coaching to each PRL team member
  • Utilize SalesForce CRM, provide monthly reports identifying referral sources, admissions, dispositions, and trends

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of healthcare sales/outreach experience
  • Experience managing sales/outreach reps
  • Clinical certification, e.g. LCSW, LPC, RD, or related preferred

Compensation starting range for the Professional Relations Liaison Director role is $110,000 to $140,000 plus bonus potential. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
