How you’ll serve our patients

As a Clinical Director at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation, or virtually through our tele-behavioral health platform.

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

  • Recruits, trains, and provides ongoing clinical and job supervision for therapists

  • Collaborates with Clinical Leadership in coordinating and providing group supervision/advanced clinical training for therapists

  • Provides individual, family, and group therapy as need dictates

  • Provides presentations/talks on various clinical topics to internal and external groups to increase knowledge and awareness

  • Develops/refines behavioral protocols to ensure consistency in treatment planning

  • Updates and revises policies and procedures, as requested by Clinical Leadership

  • Reviews program needs and tracks/monitors service implementation to assist unit leadership in ensuring high quality, effective, compliant, patient-centered service delivery that is aligned with organization’s mission

  • Helps to ensure clinical team’s compliance with HIPAA and JCAHO or other regulatory agencies

  • Collaborates with the Leadership in providing debriefing/support for patient milieu, primary treatment teams, and floor staff following crises

Must Haves

  • Master’s degree or Doctorate in clinical counseling, social work, or mental health field (Required)

  • 3-5 of Leadership experience (Required)

  • 3-5 years of experience treating patients with eating disorders (Required)
  • Proficient in the use Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (Required)

Preferred

  • State independent clinical license: LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD, or similar license (Preferred)

Base compensation for the Clinical Director role in Colorado is $99,000- $125,000, based upon experience.
