Who we are:

With over 30 locations throughout the U.S. and treatment options available virtually, ERC Pathlight meets patients where they’re at to offer innovative, compassionate and comprehensive treatment for eating disorders, as well as mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders.

We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. We are looking for a Clinical Response Specialist I (PRN) who is the front door for ERC Pathlight, inviting patients into a community consisting of a full continuum of care that provides expert behavioral health and medical treatment in an environment of compassion, competence, collaboration, and integrity. This role will help to manage calls and correspondence on a national level by completing brief intake screens that demonstrate sharp clinical knowledge and skills, all while providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and providers seeking care with ERC Pathlight. The Clinical Response Specialist I (PRN) role will work on an as-needed basis with a flexible schedule; you must provide a minimum of 20hrs availability monthly to include 2 weekend days; open availability strongly preferred.
