As the Client Implementation Lead for our institutional client segment, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of new account setups and transitions, partnering on new custodial integrations, completing on-going service requests, and facilitating contract negotiations. You will handle complicated portfolio setups and respond to nonstandard account requests, ensuring all operations align with Ethic’s commitment to sustainable investing and client satisfaction.
More specifically you will:
- Oversee new account setups and the transition process for complex portfolios.
- Manage relationships with intermediaries, platforms, and custodians to streamline operations.
- Lead contract negotiations with clients & coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure completion of requirements.
- Partner with our portfolio managers, client operations & trading teams to deliver a flawless client experience.
- Implement efficient processes for handling nonstandard requests and portfolio situations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and operational excellence.
- Oversee the execution of ongoing account service requests in a timely fashion, ensuring advisors have a great experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancing the client experience.

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Significant experience in client operations, preferably in investment management or financial services.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex client portfolios and operational processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and client reporting tools.
