YOUR ROLE
As the JV Governance Analyst, you are responsible for supporting Operations leaders to track and maintain governance of Evergreen’s JV partnerships. You will own and coordinate all board level meetings and minutes and be responsible for the build and maintenance of the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Support intake and build of a customer relationship management (CRM) system for Evergreen’s provider network
- Maintain Evergreen’s CRM as new providers join the network or updates to existing partnerships
- Assist and collaborate cross functionally with verticals to support Joint Venture partnerships
- Assist market leadership to align and coordinate dates for all necessary board meetings
- Assist the operational and clinical teams with data analysis to support effective JV meetings
- Collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed environment
- Document and manage JV board meeting minutes to comply with Evergreen JV board Governance policies
- Assist SVP, Field Operations to manage standard JV board materials and performance metrics

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2 years experience in a high-growth healthcare startup and/or health plans
- Strong experience with data analysis
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated experience in an environment that requires versatility and dedication to efficient productivity
Pay range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000, with exact pay determined based on experience, education, demand for role, and other role-specific criteria.
