YOUR ROLE

As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions using Low Code / No Code platforms. You will leverage your expertise in building APIs, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and automation to integrate and enhance our systems. Your contributions will be critical in driving our technological advancements and ensuring seamless integration across various platforms.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Design and Development: Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions using Low Code / No Code platforms.
  • API Development: Build and maintain robust APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and integration between systems.
  • NLP Implementation: Develop and integrate NLP solutions to enhance user interactions and automate processes.
  • Automation: Implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of various software solutions, maintaining system integrity and performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred
  • 10+ years of prior experience in the role
  • Proficient in Low Code / No Code platforms, API development, NLP, and automation technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think creatively and find new ways to improve and innovate
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and rapidly evolving business needs
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
