JOB OVERVIEW
Software development plays an integral role at Everside Health to integrate business process with IT systems to deliver best in class healthcare services to our patient population. We are using cutting-edge technology, data, and a highly engaging user experience to revolutionize direct primary care for our patients.
As a Salesforce Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our digital platform comprised of applications built in Salesforce health cloud, business cloud, sales cloud and Community cloud.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and execution of patient facing website developed using Salesforce Community cloud
  • Write technical documentation, including system designs, architectural diagrams, configuration guides, and release notes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative development (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules) and Apex programming language
  • Maintain Salesforce applications using Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud to fulfill needs of end users
  • Execute functional tests ensuring proper functionality
  • Manage Salesforce security, ensuring profiles, roles, and permission sets, are kept up-to-date and within compliance
  • Develop Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, etc
  • Development in UI technologies such as Lightning Data Service (LDS), and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Build integrations between Salesforce and other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, or external APIs. Develop and maintain integration solutions using Salesforce integration tools and techniques (SOAP, REST, Bulk API, etc.)
  • Utilize product development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps kits like Azure DevOps, BitBucket, Github Actions, Jenkins, Copado, etc
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies and release management
  • Perform system administration tasks, including managing user profiles, security settings, and data management. Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and user experience. Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks affecting Salesforce applications
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to to analyze complex business requirements
  • Effectively communicate with key stakeholders. Track efforts appropriately, articulating test results, progress, and impediments to product leadership and the development team
  • Assist with disposition and prioritization of all reported software defects
  • Handle escalated support issues related to software features

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 3+ years of software development experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Salesforce experience and experience working in Salesforce Community Cloud required. Healthcare domain experience with providers/payers preferred.

  • Current on advances in Salesforce Health cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Community cloud
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
  • Salesforce certification(s), required

Pay Range: $90,000 - $110,000/yr

The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
