You:
As our Global Director of People Operations, you will be responsible for the end-to-end experience of employees at Feedzai. You will work closely with leadership teams across the organization to ensure policies, processes, and programs are delivering a world class experience for employees. You love data analytics that facilitate metrics driven processes and programs. You bring innovatation and subject matter expertise that strengthens the People Team functions.
Your day to day:
- Design and implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Design and implementation of compensation and benefits practices
- Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes and partner with teams across People, Business Operations, Finance, and Legal on the implementation of solutions
- Execute and administer payroll and benefits globally
- Ensure the right people strategies are in place to shape our employee experience and offering to make us a best-in-class employer
- Analyze HR data to ensure proper decision making
- Track the performance of the business using metrics and dashboards, and regularly communicate insights to the organization
- Drive process and systems improvements
Your know-how:
- 10+ years' related experience in global human resource operations and payroll
- 5+ years in a leadership role, managing a team
- Global experience in leading and supporting cross-functional projects, interacting effectively with all levels of the company
- A master of operational processes and tools
- Experience in the Tech Industry and growing companies with the potential to IPO will be considered a plus
- MBA or business-related advanced program will be considered a plus
- Fluency in English (mandatory)

Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:
You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team.
