The Engineering (Tech) Team is responsible for all Feedzai product development. Together with Product Management and Data Science, we build the next generation of tools to catch fraud in real-time with a machine learning first approach. Formed by engineers and managed by engineers, at Feedzai, you will find one of the most talented teams out there, from junior to senior engineers.

While building the best value for our customers, you will work with a wide range of technical challenges. Such as building distributed systems that need to operate 24/7 and ultra-low latencies, solving UI/UX problems to help fraud analysts to fight fraud more efficiently. In addition, designing extensive databases from relational, NoSQL and graphs, validate and develop new data science techniques and algorithms.

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll be part of the development teams and guarantee that all software produced is aligned with the quality standards we aim at Feedzai to deliver world class quality software.
Your Day to Day:
- Work with product management and developers to understand the customer and their problems;
- Participate in the product definition;
- Analyse and decompose complicated software system and design a strategy to test the system;
- Execute test plans;
- Add new automated tests to existent test suites;
- Work with development and test engineering teams to solve product problems;
- Take ownership of the quality of Feedzai products;
You Have & You Know-how:
- Be capable of breaking things!
- Empathise with the user and the customer;
- Test planning, specification and execution under several conditions;
- Relevant work experience, including functional validation of software products (with or without graphical user interfaces);
- Programming skills (Java preferred);
- Knowledge in test automation tools is valued;
- BSc or MSc in computer science, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience.

Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:
