We're looking for an operationally focused, systems-minded Program Specialist to drive the efficiency and scale of our core global marketing programs. These foundational programs are the engine that powers sustained, measurable engagement across the buyer's journey. As the Program Specialist, you'll be the expert who transforms strategy into reliable, repeatable execution, owning and optimizing key programs like email marketing, and expanding to other global initiatives that support our brand and business growth. You’ll combine a passion for marketing excellence with strong operational rigor to ensure our programs run flawlessly, deliver impact, and continuously evolve.

You stay ahead of modern B2B marketing best practices, especially email marketing, and you’re energized by helping others execute with precision and efficiency.
Your Day to Day
- Own and optimize the global email marketing program from strategy to execution to reporting. Build an always-on engine that supports brand awareness, campaign engagement, and pipeline acceleration.
- Design, test, and evolve scalable email frameworks, templates, and workflows to increase efficiency and performance across global and regional marketing teams.
- Lead A/B testing and performance optimization, interpreting results to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the broader marketing team.
- Partner cross-functionally (Content, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Creative, and Product Marketing) to align email and other foundational programs with strategic business priorities.
- Package programs into turnkey “plays” that can be easily adopted by regional teams ensuring global consistency, local flexibility, and measurable impact.
- Lead or support additional foundational marketing programs (to be defined) that drive always-on engagement.
- Implement process improvements, automation, and reporting frameworks to scale program impact and efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze program performance across channels, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide transparent, proactive communication on program status, performance, and upcoming plans to marketing and business stakeholders.
You Have & You Know-how:
- 2–4 years of experience in Marketing Program Management, Marketing Operations, or Email Marketing within a B2B or fintech/SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple ongoing programs and deliver measurable results.
- Deep knowledge of email marketing best practices—including deliverability, segmentation, testing, personalization, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate program goals, outcomes, and next steps to diverse stakeholders.
- Systems thinker who enjoys building processes that scale and make teams more efficient.
- Must be eligible to work in Portugal.
