Feedzai is looking for a Analyst and Customer Relations Marketing Manager that will be working closely with the wider global marketing team, being responsible for growing relationships with both customer and analyst communities on behalf of Feedzai.

You:

The Analyst Relations Manager provides feedback on overall product and marketing content and messaging and supports Marketing with analyst resources that can be leveraged for team initiatives including negotiating market research projects, webinars, papers analyst speaking engagements. AR leads the positioning of Feedzai in the best light in vendor quadrants and market guides and requires close collaboration with other teams such as Sales and Product to develop AR strategies. As the company grows rapidly this position has high visibility and is critical for promoting the Feedzai brand and for ensuring the company is in alignment with market trends.

Customer Marketing sits in between the Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams and is responsible for developing and maintaining good relationships with customers through targeted marketing campaigns, as well as supporting the customer support teams. The role’s purpose is to drive revenue and develop strong brand awareness and successful customer marketing campaigns.

Your Day to Day:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with industry analysts
  • Taking charge of our overall analyst relations strategy, taking into account the perspectives of different stakeholders
  • Identifying ways to strengthen relationships with analysts through special analyst events, conferences, and meetings
  • Preparing and hosting remote analyst strategy events
  • Advising the management and internal teams about analysts views and industry trends
  • Build rapport with customers to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Create customer affinity programs that increase customer loyalty and retention, and support creation of case studies/references
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences and ongoing nurture campaigns
  • Connecting with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle
  • Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives
  • Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories and case studies
  • Provide product feedback given by customer advocates to the Product Management team

You Have & You Know-how:

  • Excellent English language skills
  • At least 5 years of working within a customer marketing or analyst relations role
  • Experience in a global role or working with multiple offices,
  • Exceptional Project Management skills
  • Familiarity with the influence of Analyst Relations on the product development and sales cycles
  • Ability to understand and communicate business, marketplace, and value proposition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy, preferred
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes, preferred
  • Experience working within a professional services tech-first environment (banking industry, fintech, or financial services), preferred

  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously and managing process and service providers (internal and external) to accomplish desired results
  • Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of analyst and customer engagement efforts
  • Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help reach marketing and sales goals, create a stronger brand, and improve the customer experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
