Reporting to the Senior Manager of Treasury, the Treasury Analyst will manage the cash flow of payments and revenue for the company, cross-checking every transaction for accuracy and ensuring proper documentation. We expect our Treasury Analyst to review account transactions and develop ways to make processing requests more efficient. You must also maintain excellent relationships with our banking partners and leadership to determine how to manage company assets.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of outgoing payments and financial transactions with supporting documentation for accuracy before the final approval of transactions
• Manage Ach & Wire details for vendors
• Document transactions into the daily cash tracker
• Maintain the calendar of payments to ensure accuracy
• Analyze cash flow processes and make suggestions for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant governmental regulations
• Maintain good relationships with banking partners
• Create regular reports for distribution
• Support the conducting of internal audits and assist in implementing corrective actions required by audit findings.
• Assist in streamlining and simplifying current processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or another related field
• At least two years of treasury experience preferred
• Experience with banking and e-commerce software and websites
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other industry software
• Excellent analytical skills with thorough attention to detail
• Proven ability to perform effective workload prioritization and management
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and take the initiative and follow through
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
