Qualifications
- We want you to hit the ground running! Because of this we highly prefer candidates who have demonstrated experience growing a Home Health, Hospice or House Calls book of business.
- Six or more months of outside sales experience with a proven track record of growth.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Computer skills including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Demonstrable success in quickly building relationships.
- High school diploma or GED
People who do well in this role have a passion for home healthcare and the access and benefits it provides, along with those who are driven sales individuals who do not require significant oversight to perform at a high level after initial orientation and training.
WHAT YOU’LL DO IN THIS SALES ROLE
- Most simply stated, grow the Physician House Calls book of business.
- Market analysis, along with competitive landscape, in which to differentiate our Healthcare services to external referral sources.
- Meet and exceed agreed upon face to face and virtual meeting goals with key decision makers.
- Thoroughly understand and teach the eligibility and enrollment process of the HarmonyCares. suite of businesses in a given market.
- Track performance in CRM demonstrating plan and adherence to sales targets in your region.
- Schedule face to face or phone discussions with patients, POAs, or guardians to provide guidance on patient eligibility for all programs.
- Provide direction on benefit enrollment program and processes.
- Obtain Voluntary Alignment Form from patients, POAs, or guardians at all times.
- Answer inbound calls from patients, families, and facility staff members regarding various eligible programs.
