Responsibilities
The Administrator administers, organizes and directs ongoing functions for the community and teams they serve. As an Administrator you will:
- Coordinate service components to be provided, including completing, storing and submitting reports and records
- Direct the implementation of improved work methods and procedures to ensure achievement of Program objectives
- Direct the standards and methods of measurement and implementation of activities related to process improvement, quality of patient care delivery, patient satisfaction, and staff satisfaction
- Review existing policies and procedures on a timely basis and recommend revisions to help achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Be responsible to ensure the use of the 4Ms (What Matters to the patient, Medications, Mentation, and Mobility) and provide Age-Friendly Care
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Demonstrate competency in budgeting, finance, long-term planning, and interpersonal communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Federal, State and Local regulations governing Medicare Skilled Home Health Services
