Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager, Product Management is a team-oriented self-starter, with a passion for healthcare and driving positive change. They will be a key part of the product team that drives the development and innovation of the technology backbone of HarmonyCares. They will own the end-to-end planning and delivery of large, complex initiatives, while solving for schedule, timeline, budget and impact, to revolutionize how HarmonyCares serves our patient population. Their main duties include owning end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives (including scope, schedule, budget, risks, communication & team/ stakeholder management), appropriately engaging stakeholders across the business to ensure transparency and alignment and tracking overarching product roadmap status and risks.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end delivery of multi-stage projects - including scope, schedule, budget, risks, communication & team/ stakeholder management
- Driving collaboration and communication to align people, process and technology towards project outcomes
- Collaborating with customer and partner groups to understand and anticipate project resourcing, risks and impacts to drive alignment of timeline, team and approach
- Creating and maintaining project schedules, risk management & resourcing plans by facilitating cross-functional work breakdown sessions and effective project touchpoints
- Owning project risk and change logs & driving consensus of decisions and mitigations with appropriate stakeholders
- Driving problem solving session with appropriate project team members to overcome issues and risks as they arise
- Owns tracking overarching product roadmap status and risks, and quarterly planning.

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, clinical informatics or other related field
- 5+ years of experience with large scale Project Management, ideally in a healthcare setting
- Project Management Professional certification
- 2+ years of Agile methodology experience and a thorough understanding of Agile software development life cycle
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Must be customer service focused
- Self-motivated, drive to see things completed without being “driven”
- Must be proactive about seeking out problems and their resolutions
- Must have a strong sense of ownership
- Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
- Flexible during times of change
- Be able to work flexible hours to support business initiatives that may require after-hour or weekend availability
