Responsibilities

The Corporate Trainer will implement, train, and provide end-user support for the various technologies in use throughout the company. The candidate will work with physicians and office staff in a classroom setting as well as deliver training in a virtual environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Designs, develops, and delivers effective new hire training programs to equip employees with the essential knowledge and skills required
  • Conducts ongoing education sessions to enhance the capabilities of our existing workforce, enabling continuous growth and development
  • Collaborates closely with various departments to identify training needs and understand business objectives to tailor training programs accordingly
  • Offers valuable insights and recommendations to improve training methods, content, and overall learning experience for employees
  • Monitors and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, collecting feedback from participants to continuously enhance the quality of our training programs
  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our training strategies are current and aligned with the latest developments

Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Two or more years of Customer Service or Healthcare experience
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a dedication to ensuring exceptional learning experiences for employees
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop effective solutions
  • Possess a solid foundation of project management skills
  • Strong organization, analytical, technical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both interpersonally and on a technical level
  • Flexible with the ability to respond well to urgent matters in a calm positive manner
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Flexible hours with the ability to travel and work at various locations as required, with Sunday departures as needed

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Associates degree
  • Technical knowledge of Aprima EMR and GE Centricity
  • Presentation skills with demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles and ability to train others
  • Experience providing technical and software support to end-users
    Knowledge of clinical workflow
