Your Role

As the Sr. Manager, Patient Experience, you will be responsible for supporting and advancing Honest Health's patient experience measurement strategy through the administration, analysis, and reporting of CAHPS and patient feedback surveys. You will serve as an internal subject matter expert on patient experience performance, translating survey data into actionable insights that support Honest partners, their patients, and success in CMS programs.


This role will report to the Director, Patient Experience and collaborate across Quality, Market Operations, Analytics, and patient-facing teams to ensure accurate reporting, effective survey administration, and meaningful performance measurement. This role plays a critical role in supporting patient experience strategy through data-driven analysis, program management, and operational excellence.

Primary Functions of the Sr. Manager, Patient Experience Include:

  • Serve as the primary operational owner and subject matter expert for CAHPS administration activities across Medicare Advantage, ACO REACH/LEAD, MSSP, and other applicable programs to support partner contracts.
  • Lead activities related to survey administration, measurement, and performance monitoring for specified partners.
  • Manage CAHPS and patient experience survey operations, including vendor coordination, project timelines, survey implementation activities, and annual administration requirements.
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, presentations, and executive reporting packages related to patient experience performance.
  • Analyze CAHPS and patient feedback data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable insights that support improvement efforts.
  • Serve as the primary owner of patient experience reporting and analytics, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of performance results.
  • Support the development of patient experience improvement resources, toolkits, and best practices by translating survey findings into actionable recommendations and tools.
  • Collaborate across the organization to monitor patient experience performance, evaluate improvement initiatives, and measure outcomes.
  • Communicate performance and insights clearly and effectively to specified external partners and executive leadership to influence results.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

  • ​​Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in patient experience, healthcare quality, healthcare analytics, survey administration, or performance improvement
  • Experience working with CAHPS, Medicare Advantage, ACO REACH, MSSP, MIPS, or other value-based care programs
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including development of executive-level presentations and reporting materials
  • Strong presentation skills and experience delivering data insights to external audiences, highly preferred
  • Experience translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with survey vendors, patient feedback platforms, or healthcare performance reporting preferred
  • Occasional travel may be required

The base pay range for this role is $115,800.00 - $137,800.00. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Honest. Eligible roles also qualify for short-term incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
