About the Role:
As Business Operations Associate with Imagine Pediatrics, you will work with the General Manager and Market Medical Director on driving operational efficiencies through data analytics and KPI monitoring. You will:
- Utilize data to help drive day-to-day operational effectiveness and efficiencies
- Performance monitoring of KPIs and other performance indicators
- Assist with scheduling optimization
- Support and contribute to business analytics projects and processes
- Ad-hoc report building and review of Tableau reports
- Assessment and distribution of key data points to various roles within the market
- Present analysis to market leadership and other stakeholders
- Work with the clinical operations as needed, including working directly with clinicians, nurses, care team assistants and schedulers.
About You:
First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to creating the world our sickest children deserve. You want an active role in building a diverse and values-driven culture. Things change quickly in a startup environment; you accept that and are willing to pivot quickly on priorities. In this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of operations analyst experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively use different software, applications, or operating systems
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- A track record of working with leadership on high-priority assignments and projects; exceptional presentation skills.
- Exceptional spoken and written communication skills
