We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care. We do not replace existing care teams; we enhance them, providing an extra layer of support with compassion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to children with medical complexity.

Note: This role will be fully remote, but will entail up to 20% travel to Imagine Pediatrics locations. Preference for candidates located in Texas or Louisiana.

What You’ll Do

As the Manager, Provider Engagement, West you will lead the Provider Engagement team to drive network growth, strengthen provider relationships, and ensure Imagine Pediatrics meets enrollment and performance goals. You will set clear expectations, track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), and coach your team to deliver consistently on goals and enrollment targets. This role requires a balance of team leadership, hands-on process improvement, and relationship management. In addition, you will:

Process & Systems Improvement

  • Partner with the Senior Director of Network Development to launch new markets and optimize existing ones.
  • Lead day-to-day workflow and process improvements to ensure efficient provider engagement operations.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks; proactively implement solutions that enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers, align priorities, and ensure seamless workflows.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Partner with the Data & Analytics team to evolve Tableau dashboards and KPIs that track outreach, contracting, and enrollment outcomes.
  • Leverage tools and systems to streamline outreach, contracting, and relationship management activities.
  • Monitor enrollment targets, provider engagement, and market performance; develop strategies for course correction or service recovery where needed.
  • Drive accountability toward quarterly goals through regular reporting, insights, and performance reviews.
  • Elevate provider feedback to leadership and ensure timely follow-up.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the Patient Engagement function to ensure seamless coordination, aligned priorities, and effective communication between teams to support enrollment and provider relationship goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Provider Engagement Specialists (PES) to achieve and exceed performance targets.
  • Performance manage team members by setting clear expectations, coaching for improvement, and addressing low performance through structured development plans and accountability measures.
  • Hold regular team meetings to review performance, share best practices, and troubleshoot roadblocks.
  • Oversee training, onboarding, and professional development for new and existing team members.
  • Represent Imagine in meetings with Practice Managers, PCPs, and provider stakeholders, articulating our business model and demonstrating impact through qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Build and maintain high-touch relationships with key providers, ensuring satisfaction and continuity of partnerships.

What You Bring & How You Qualify
First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with complex medical conditions gets the care and support they deserve.

  • 5+ years in provider engagement, network relations, or healthcare outreach.
  • 2–3+ years leading teams in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Prior leadership experience hiring, mentoring, and managing direct reports.
  • Strong operational management and process improvement skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM and performance dashboards (HubSpot, Tableau, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and leadership presence.
  • Passion for advancing healthcare access for children and families.

What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)

The target base salary for this position starts at $105,000-$125,000 in addition to competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
