Du unterstützt unser Resident Management-Team vor Ort in Hamburg tatkräftig bei der Betreuung unserer Mieter:innen und bei der Bewältigung täglicher Aufgaben, die unsere Mietobjekte angehen.

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

- Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Terminen

- Objektbesichtigungen zur Überprüfung und Dokumentation des Zustands von Immobilien, die wir kaufen, um sie nachhaltig zu sanieren und anschließend zu vermieten

- Durchführung von Besichtigungsterminen mit potenziellen Bewohner:innen

- Durchführung von Check-ins und Check-outs mit Bewohner:innen

- Gelegentliche Kontrollen in Mietobjekten, um zu prüfen, welche Mängel vorliegen und Bewohner:innen entsprechende Lösungen und Unterstützung anbieten zu können

- Um Termine zu planen, stimmst Du dich eng mit unseren Teams, insbesondere aus Property Management, Asset Services / Bauleitung und Resident Management ab.

- Du bist das Gesicht von IMMO, triffst jeden Tag unterschiedliche Personengruppen und nimmst vielseitige Außentermine wahr.

Dein Profil:

- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in.

- Du bist für bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche verfügbar.

- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast mindestens ein B2-Level in Englisch.

- Du hast einen Führerschein Klasse B.

- Selbstständiges Arbeiten ist für dich selbstverständlich.

- Gewissenhaftigkeit und Genauigkeit zeichnen dich aus.

Nice-to-haves:

- Du hast die Möglichkeit, auch am Wochenende zu arbeiten.

- Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Kundenkontakt, Kundenservice oder Vertrieb.
