Du unterstützt unser Accounting-Team vor Ort in Hamburg tatkräftig bei der Bewältigung täglicher Aufgaben.
Dein Aufgabenbereich:
- Du sichtest die eingehende Post und archivierst alle damit zusammenhängenden Unterlagen entsprechend den örtlichen Anforderungen.
- Kontaktpflege mit Gläubigern und Lieferanten, inkl. Anforderung von fehlenden Rechnungen und Belegen.
- Datenpflege, Dokumenten-Management und allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben
- Du unterstützt das Finance Team und unsere Portfolio Operations Teams, bestehend aus Property Management und Transactions.
- Du wirst in teamübergreifende Projekte eingebunden und übernimmst je nach deinem persönlichen Entwicklungsbedarf zusätzliche Aufgaben.
Dein Profil:
- Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in im Bereich Business Administration, vorzugsweise mit Fokus auf Finanzwesen und Controlling.
- Du bringst Flexibilität und arbeitest gerne eigenständig.
- Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bist bereit Verantwortung zu übernehmen und unsere Finanzabteilung mitzugestalten.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch (unsere Unternehmenssprache).
- Du hast idealerweise bereits praktische Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung.
- Du bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse in Steuerrecht und Gewerbe-/Wirtschaftsrecht mit.
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit buchhalterischen Aufgaben wie dem Kategorisieren, Überprüfen und Bearbeiten von Eingangsrechnungen.
