Title: Working student - Associate, Finance & Accounting (f/m/d)
Location: Hamburg
Working: Hybrid
Reporting to: Senior Manager, Accounting
As a working student in Accounting at IMMO, you will actively support our Accounting team on site in Hamburg in dealing with daily tasks.
You will:
- View incoming mail, archive all related documentation based on local requirements
- Follow up with creditors and suppliers on missing invoices and disputes
- Take care of data maintenance, document management and administration
- Be supporting the Finance team and our Portfolio Operations teams consisting of Property Management and Transactions
- Be involved in cross-team projects and will take on additional tasks depending on your personal development requirements.
You have:
- Enrolled as a student in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on finance and controlling
- Be flexible and able to work independently
- Be eager to learn quickly, to take on responsibility and to help shape our Finance Department
- Very good English skills (our company language) and are fluent in German
- Ideally practical experience in Accounting
- Ideally knowledge in tax and commercial law
- Ideally experience with performing accounting tasks such as categorizing, reviewing and processing incoming invoices
