Social Media Internship

Position Description:

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media and an interest in the Insurance Industry? If so, we want you to join our team at Indigo, where we're excited to test innovative content in order to transform our brand awareness. Our goal is to engage and inform through compelling and strategic social media campaigns.

As a Social Media Intern / Coordinator, you will create engaging and original videos targeted to medical professionals, helping to increase Indigo’s brand awareness across the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and original TikTok videos targeted to medical professionals to increase Indigo’s brand awareness across the industry
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and incorporate them into your content strategy.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content.
• Assist with other social media platforms including LinkedIn as needed to improve brand awareness

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Insurance or Marketing, Communications, Media Studies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features.
• Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and video production.
• Ability to drive viewership while operating within an agreed upon budget.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for social media and staying current with trends.
