Infusion for Health is a referral-based infusion center that services all providers in multiple locations in California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Colorado, and Missouri. Our center is unique and offers individual comfortable private rooms for our patients. Our mission is to provide exceptional service in the administration of infusion therapy in a comfortable, patient-focused environment by providing exemplary professional clinical care.

Our company is continuing to grow and we're looking for a Director of Patient Care Operations to help manage our intake/scheduling/customer success department.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as the Director of Patient Care Operations. This pivotal role will be instrumental in orchestrating multiple service functions, ensuring exceptional patient care operations, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, strategic planning capabilities, and a track record of driving innovation and change management.

Education & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in leading a team of intake/scheduling/call center staff in a progressive healthcare organization
  • Strong understanding of Medicare, Commercial, and Medicaid regulations
  • Proven expertise in project management, overseeing large, service-focused operations
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills
  • Strong project management and operations experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safeguard operations to maintain the highest levels of operational integrity
  • Provide strategic leadership for the contact center, aligning operations with organizational objectives
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization and data-driven decision-making
  • Serve as a liaison between the contact center and senior management, providing regular reports and updates
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing staff, resources, and workflows
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness
  • Implement and manage call routing and queueing systems to optimize call flow
  • Analyze metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality standards to maintain excellence in patient care
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams

The annual salary range for this role is expected to be between $100,000-$150,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
