About the Role

As a Certified Medical Assistant traveling across our Colorado centers in Fort Collins, Loveland, Greenwood Village, and Thornton, you will support our team of physicians and nurses in delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Patient Interaction: Greet patients, obtain medical history and vital signs, and record information in electronic health records.
• Clinical Support: Prepare infusion suites, assist with exams and procedures, administer medications and injections, and perform phlebotomy.
• Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, assist with patient check-out, and handle front office tasks such as answering phones and scheduling.
• Patient Education: Communicate with patients and their families about health education and follow-up care.

Qualifications

• Certifications: Certified Medical Assistant (Required), BLS Certification (Required).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Medical Assistant, 1 year experience with vital signs, and 2 years of recent experience with EMR/EHR systems.
• Skills: Experience with insurance benefits investigation and authorizations, exceptional customer service, and phone etiquette. Ability to maintain an organized environment to ensure timely patient flow.
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to all designated centers in Fort Collins, Loveland, Greenwood Village, and Thornton.
