Position Summary

As a Provider Liaison Specialist (Account Manager), you will play a pivotal role in managing provider development, relationships, sales, and marketing across our centers in Los Angeles and Orange County. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site as needed. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with high-volume physician practices that refer patients needing infusion treatments.
  • Educating physicians and their staff about our services and supporting them in patient referrals.
  • Collaborating with care coordinators, marketing, and care success managers to enhance the effectiveness of our services.
  • Developing and executing sales development plans, including key performance metrics and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Identify and engage top provider targets, secure new patient referrals, and manage relationships with high-volume accounts.
  • Education & Training: Train and educate physician practices about Infusion For Health’s services.
  • Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies, assess referral patterns, and report results to management.
  • Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach programs to raise brand awareness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluate and improve referral volume and provider engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, with a preference for experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Medical Assistant certification is preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and experience working with physicians.
  • Ability to develop and execute action plans with minimal supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas and goals.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with team members.

Compensation

  • Hourly Pay Range: $25-$26.50 per hour, depending on experience and location.
  • Incentive Plan: Opportunity to earn up to an additional $20,000 annually through a quarterly incentive plan.
  • Total Compensation: Includes base pay, annual cash bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.
