Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Oversight: Manage 10 facilities across CA and AZ, serving as the key liaison between our internal teams and property management groups.
- Maintenance Management: Partner with Nurse Practitioners to oversee building and grounds maintenance, ensuring our centers meet the highest standards.
- Team Leadership: Hire and supervise custodial, repair, and security teams, managing parking space allocation effectively.
- Safety & Compliance: Implement security and emergency preparedness procedures, and communicate workplace safety precautions to all employees.
- Facility Upkeep: Ensure facilities are maintained according to company policies and procedures, overseeing accounts payable for facility upkeep, utility bills, and budgeting.
- Vendor Management: Supervise and evaluate the quality of work performed by vendors and contractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Cost Management: Manage service contracts and utility consumption, striving to minimize costs while maintaining high standards.
- Inspections & Reporting: Conduct quarterly facility inspections, maintain reports on maintenance, repairs, and safety, and recommend facility design modifications as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with 5+ years of facility management experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Smart Sheet (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel within CA and AZ as needed, up to 40%.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary: The annual pay range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000, with actual base pay varying based on experience, expertise, and location.
- Comprehensive Package: In addition to the base pay, employees may receive an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
