- Leadership and Autonomy: Take charge of 15-20 facilities across California and Arizona, leading a team of professionals dedicated to maintaining top-tier clinical sites.
What You’ll Do:
- Facility Operations: Oversee the management of multiple healthcare facilities, serving as the primary contact for property management and internal teams.
- Maintenance Excellence: Work closely with Nurse Practitioners and other key staff to ensure our facilities are always in prime condition, from the building infrastructure to the surrounding grounds.
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and manage custodial, repair, and security teams, ensuring every member contributes to a high-performing environment.
- Safety and Compliance: Implement and oversee security, safety, and emergency procedures, ensuring all facilities meet regulatory and company standards.
- Vendor and Cost Management: Optimize relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality work at a controlled cost, managing budgets, service contracts, and utility consumption.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular facility inspections, provide detailed reports, and recommend design modifications to enhance our clinics' functionality and aesthetics.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, coupled with 5+ years in facility management, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Smart Sheet, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 40% within California and Arizona as well as Nevada, Washington, Colorado and Missouri as needed, ensuring all facilities receive the attention they need.
