POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in supporting sales enablement, event management, and vendor coordination while contributing to the overall marketing strategy for our healthcare services. This role includes overseeing order management processes, providing event coordination, managing third-party vendors, and coordinating open house/site selection logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare marketing, event management, and vendor relations, as well as a track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Enablement & Order Management:
- Collaborate with sales teams to streamline order management processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and clinical teams to create new sales pieces as needed.
- Event Coordination – Nationwide:
- Plan and execute nationwide events, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site support to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop marketing materials and strategies to promote events effectively.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage third-party vendors for marketing, website/SEO, advertising, content creation etc.
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong partnerships.
- Open House & Site Selection Support:
- Assist with selecting and coordinating open house events and site launches, including vendor coordination, PR and event execution.
- Ensure alignment with brand standards and marketing goals.
- General Marketing Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and paid media strategies as needed.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future efforts.
- Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance in all marketing activities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing or related fields, with a focus on sales enablement, event planning, and vendor management.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience coordinating large-scale, nationwide events.
- Familiarity with order management systems and sales processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management systems.
- Proven ability to manage third-party vendors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and CRM systems (HubSpot) to track and report on initiatives.
