Director of Finance
Infusion for Health
The Director of Finance is responsible for driving the company’s financial planning, forecasting, reporting, corporate development analysis, and business decision support. This highly visible role partners directly with the CFO, CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and cross-functional executives to guide financial strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and steer investment decisions in a rapidly scaling environment.
In addition to leading FP&A, this role will oversee financial components of M&A and corporate development, including evaluating acquisition opportunities, modeling, diligence support, integration planning, and post-close performance tracking.
The ideal candidate combines exceptional financial acumen, advanced modeling capability, strong communications skills (both verbal and written), and experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Oversee companywide forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling processes to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
- Own consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow forecasting across all business units.
- Drive variance analysis, identify performance drivers, and provide recommendations to improve results.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for executives, the board, and key stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting infrastructure, dashboarding, and KPI frameworks.
- Prepare presentations in support of board and shareholder meetings, monthly/quarterly senior leadership team meetings, and various company strategic initiatives and support the strategic business planning process
- Build automation, reduce manual processes, and improve cycle times through technology and system enhancements.
- Present complex analyses and models to internal and external audiences with clarity and confidence.
M&A & Corporate Development
- Partner with the CFO and CEO to identify, evaluate, and execute mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships.
- Build and own detailed M&A financial models, including synergy modeling, scenario analyses, valuation work, and deal ROI.
- Support due diligence (financial, operational, and commercial) and prepare materials for investment committee and board review.
- Develop integration financial plans and track post-close performance against acquisition cases.
- Oversee financial workstreams with external advisors, including bankers, consultants, and legal teams.
Team Leadership
- Lead, develop, and mentor finance team members; set clear priorities and performance expectations.
- Establish standardized financial processes companywide to improve accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
Qualifications
- A proven track record of academic and professional excellence
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting)
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or corporate development
- Direct experience supporting or leading M&A transactions strongly preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Experience in a high-growth and fast-paced environment preferred
- Excellent communication, executive-level presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong aptitude for financial systems; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred.
- Data mining and modeling capabilities
- MBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred.
