Interwell Health is a kidney care management company that partners with physicians on its mission to reimagine healthcare—with the expertise, scale, compassion, and vision to set the standard for the industry and help patients live their best lives. We are on a mission to help people and we know the work we do changes their lives. If there is a better way, we will create it. So, if our mission speaks to you, join us!
The People Analytics & Operations Manager is an essential member of the People
team and provides ongoing support on a wide array of data systems and people operations. This role will collect, analyze and aggregate people data and metrics and provide insights to support the team in making recommendations for our talent strategy and goals. Additionally, the people analytics manager oversees system implementation and integrations and acts as point of contact and subject matter expert for the People team.
What you will do:
- Develop and manage People and Leadership dashboards and reports to ensure data is presented in a transparent, accessible, and usable way.
- Partner with People Team Leaders to analyze relevant data and produce insights around recruiting analytics, employee performance trend analysis, hours and staff utilization, turnover analysis and more.
- Drive discipline throughout our HRIS, ATS and business processes to ensure a consistent and repeatable experience for stakeholders
- Own the delivery, documentation, and effectiveness of core People operations and processes, systems of record, and communication protocols with other functions such as Finance, Payroll, Legal, and Communications.
- Initiate collection, analysis, and insights of employee feedback, including the employee engagement surveys, new hire onboarding surveys and exit interviews.
The skills and experience you will need:
- Expert knowledge and experience working with people data and analytics with a demonstrated ability to align technology to improve performance.
- A demonstrated commitment to advancing our DEI strategy through data and insights.
- Strategic, cross-functional thinking with a strong bias for action and implementation.
- 3-5 years of experience in a people analytics role.
- Expert PPT and Excel skills; experience with HRIS and ATS preferred, proficiency in Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Our mission is to reinvent healthcare to help patients live their best lives, and we proudly live our mission-driven values:
- We care deeply about the people we serve.
- We are better when we work together.
- Humility is a source of our strength.
- We bring joy to our work.
We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout our recruiting practices. Everyone is welcome and included. We value our differences and learn from each other. Our team members come in all shapes, colors, and sizes. No matter how you identify your lifestyle, creed, or fandom, we value everyone's unique journey.
Oh, and one more thing … a recent study shows that men apply for a job or promotion when they meet only 60% of the qualifications, but women and other marginalized groups apply only if they meet 100% of them. So, if you think you’d be a great fit, but don’t necessarily meet every single requirement on one of our job openings, please still apply. We’d love to consider your application!
