Interwell Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Salesforce Engineer to join our Engineering team. In this position you will play a crucial role in leading, managing and developing a team. You will drive the direction and future of our Salesforce system to support business needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and background in Salesforce as well as experience managing technical teams.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage a diverse team of outsourced, onshore, and full-time technical resources to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Drive the strategic direction and evolution of our Salesforce system to align with business goals and healthcare standards.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions, adhering to best practices in software engineering and Salesforce platform customization.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, mentoring team members and facilitating professional growth.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across the organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective delivery of software projects.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, trends in digital healthcare technology, and compliance regulations to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and compliant.

What you'll need

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including 2 years of experience in a managerial or team lead role within a software engineering environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or Salesforce certifications are a plus
  • Strong background in Salesforce, including platform customization, development, and administration. Salesforce Health Cloud experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing outsourced, onshore, and full-time technical teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead complex software projects from conception to delivery.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is highly desirable.
