The LVN or LPN Data Coordinator position will assist with processes and initiatives
aimed at meeting various quality measures included in the company’s value-based contracts.

The work you will do:

  • Review data elements and documentation for accuracy and potential for inclusion to support quality measure compliance
  • Assist with quality audits
  • Support completion of core Quality documents (work instructions)
  • Provide consistent and accurate documentation and information
  • Plans, organizes and prioritizes assignments to comply with performance standards,
    corporate goals, and established timelines
  • Basic knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
  • Assist with analysis of data to identify trends and outliers

The skills and qualifications you need:

  • 2 years of healthcare or quality related experience
  • LVN or LPN certification
  • Clinical experience in dialysis (highly preferred)
  • Prior experience analyzing data
  • Experience with excel required - intermediate level.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office applications and computer user interfaces
