The LVN or LPN Data Coordinator position will assist with processes and initiatives
aimed at meeting various quality measures included in the company’s value-based contracts.
The work you will do:
- Review data elements and documentation for accuracy and potential for inclusion to support quality measure compliance
- Assist with quality audits
- Support completion of core Quality documents (work instructions)
- Provide consistent and accurate documentation and information
- Plans, organizes and prioritizes assignments to comply with performance standards,
corporate goals, and established timelines - Basic knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI)
- Assist with analysis of data to identify trends and outliers
The skills and qualifications you need:
- 2 years of healthcare or quality related experience
- LVN or LPN certification
- Clinical experience in dialysis (highly preferred)
- Prior experience analyzing data
- Experience with excel required - intermediate level.
- Proficient with Microsoft office applications and computer user interfaces
