At Interwell Health, we are dedicated to supporting individuals with Chronic and End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) in living their best lives. We are in search of a seasoned Product Manager, with a background in health technology that connects providers with their patients through a variety of channels, including telephone, email, SMS text, async messaging and direct mail. This role is pivotal in improving care for tens of thousands of kidney disease patients who receive billions of dollars in healthcare annually. Your success in this role will directly contribute to improved clinical outcomes and better lives for our patients.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experts across Interwell Health: Work closely with experts, including marketers, clinicians, operators, designers, legal, compliance, privacy, and fellow product managers to identify the highest impact opportunities to engage with patients. Develop solutions that align with patient, provider, payer, and internal objectives.
- Lead Product Development: Lead product roadmap, prioritization, development and refinement in an agile environment. Activities include including market analysis, ideation, concept development, prototyping, requirements definition, development, testing, go-to-market and ongoing support.
- Turn Data-Driven Insights into Action: Utilize data and user research to inform and implement solutions that improve health outcomes through omnichannel engagement at the appropriate time with a relevant message.
- Advocate for patients and the providers who care for them: Consistently represent the patient and provider perspectives, challenging assumptions and ensuring patient-centric decision-making while preserving clinical efficacy.
Essential Qualifications:

- Problem-Solving: Proven experience in tackling complex challenges and creating simple, patient-centric solutions that yield demonstrable health outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on radical candor, transparency, and ability to make well-informed decisions that help Interwell Health expand the business sustainably.
- Analytical Skills: Robust quantitative and qualitative analytical competencies in healthcare businesses with complex, highly regulated workflows.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Acumen: Proven ability to translate patient and provider needs into omnichannel platforms that can manage and engage with patients such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Health Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Well Health or payer-proprietary member/provider engagement platforms.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience (10+ preferred) in healthcare or healthtech product management with proven ability to improve health outcomes and increase meaningful engagement of patients and providers.
