As an Engineering Manager at Justt, you will lead a team of software engineers specializing in data processing and integrations. • 10+ years of proven experience as an Engineering Manager in a startup environment or similar role, with multiple successful tenures.
• Strong expertise in data processing, ETL pipelines, and data integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Node and Python.
• Experience with big data technologies, event driven distributed systems and cloud platforms (Working on AWS is a must).
• Solid understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present ideas clearly.
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
