We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our team on a 50% freelance basis for a six-month maternity leave cover, with the option for extension. This role involves leading end-to-end design processes—from concept development through user testing and implementation. We work in a hybrid environment, arrival to the office one day a week will be required.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Design Leadership: Lead the design process from concept to implementation, including creating prototypes and conducting user testing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, engineering, and design teams to deliver innovative, effective, and data-driven solutions for complex challenges. Work closely with product managers to align user needs with business objectives, ensuring a balance of user value and strategic goals.
• Data-Informed Design: Analyze both qualitative and quantitative user data, such as A/B testing and usability testing, to enhance user experience.

Design System Knowledge: Familiarity with design system processes is required, with experience in managing design systems as a significant advantage.

• 5+ years of experience in product design, especially for B2B web products.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates UX/UI and visual communication abilities, including complex web product design.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Creative Suite, and experience with interactive prototyping and testing.
• Fluent English: Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail, Experience working in close collaboration with multiple designers, product managers, and engineering teams.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to derive insights from data and simplify complex information into clear visual stories.
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, or a related field - Advantage
