We’re looking for an Office Experience Manager to join our People team to own and operate our TLV office and bring to life employee experience initiatives across our global footprint.

This role is about creating a smooth, welcoming, and engaging daily work environment, with a focus on execution, ownership, and heart.

This is a high-impact, hands-on position that shapes the everyday experience of our team in TLV and supports global connections across our offices in NY and London.

You’ll be the person who brings our workplace to life, ensuring the office is a place people genuinely want to be, where things just work, and people feel cared for.

Working closely with our People team, you’ll help turn employee experience strategy into action through thoughtful execution, attention to detail, and a strong service mindset.

From preparing a warm onboarding desk to helping coordinate a global celebration, you’ll help create meaningful moments that reflect our principles and make people feel welcome, connected, and proud to be part of Justt.

Your work will make a difference, not through flashy gestures, but through the consistency, reliability, and warmth that define a great employee experience.

What You'll Do

  • Run daily office operations in TLV: supplies, vendors, logistics, space, facilities, and the overall vibe.
  • Be the anchor of our workplace experience: create a warm, functional, and welcoming environment that supports our employees every day.
  • Execute employee experience programs from happy hours, gifting to wellness initiatives, and global celebrations, offsites to remote engagement and personal milestones.
  • Coordinate business travel: flights, hotels, itineraries, and budgets across teams and time zones.
  • Support global employee experience efforts (NY, London) in collaboration with the broader People team.
  • Own the details that make people feel seen, supported, and proud to be part of Justt, from onboarding to celebrations and moments that matter.
  • Take initiative and bring new ideas to improve the employee's day-to-day experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a similar role at a startup or high-tech company.
  • Full professional English and strong communication skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, logistics, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and strong organizational skills.
  • Hands-on mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for people.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work model - 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.
