We are looking for a talented and hands-on Revenue Controller to join the finance department in a cutting-edge business environment. In this role, you will take ownership of key revenue processes, including billing, collections, revenue recognition, and system operations while working closely with cross-functional teams. You will report to the Director of Finance and serve as a focal point for all revenue-related operations and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing.
  • Support the company’s revenue operations, ensuring revenue is recognized accurately and in line with contractual terms and accounting standards.
  • Provide revenue forecasts and insights in collaboration with FP&A, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Build and maintain automated processes for billing, revenue tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to align billing logic and revenue recognition with system behavior and commercial terms.
  • Manage VAT and Sales Tax reporting and support audits and tax compliance processes.
  • Optimize the global collections process, reduce DSO, and strengthen overall cash flow management.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for revenue-related matters with auditors, external advisors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm – high-tech department.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience post-internship in a high-tech company, preferably in startups and SaaS companies.
  • Knowledge and experience with US GAAP.
  • Experience with NetSuite – An advantage.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Highly computer proficient, including advanced capabilities with Excel.
  • Team player, strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization and influence processes across multiple functions and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.
