At Justt, we are redefining the chargeback industry with AI-driven automation, helping merchants reclaim their revenue. As we continue our rapid global expansion, we are looking for a hands-on builder to join us as a Senior Commercial Enablement & Automation Manager.

Reporting directly to the VP of Commercial Operations, you will be the architect of our scalability, stepping into a critical role designed to transform manual, fragmented workflows into a high-performance operational machine. This isn’t a traditional management role; it’s a high-impact leadership position focused on execution and foundation-building.

Your mission will be to bridge the gap between our current growth and our future scale. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and R&D to design structured processes from the ground up, with a heavy emphasis on automation and self-service capabilities. By reducing manual dependencies and creating a seamless experience for both our team and our customers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Justt scales sustainably while maintaining the operational excellence our clients expect.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • Experience in Support Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar operational environments
  • Proven experience in building and structuring processes and workflows
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and/or AI-driven solutions
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to translate complexity into structured, scalable processes
  • High level of ownership and ability to work independently

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in SaaS or fintech environments
  • Experience working with CRM and support systems (e.g., Salesforce, Freshdesk,Jira.)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Sales, or Marketing teams
  • Familiarity with incident management or operational excellence practices
