Enterprise Customer Success Manager

  • Customer Success
  • Justt TLV

Description

We're looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team in Tel Aviv. This is a revenue-driving role with a project management core: you'll own retention, upsell, and cross-sell targets for a portfolio of top-tier EMEA accounts, and you'll hit them by running tight, structured execution across every function that touches the account. You'll represent both the voice of Justt and the voice of the customer - partnering with diverse payment stakeholders externally and orchestrating multiple internal teams to deliver measurable revenue growth.

What you'll do

  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities end-to-end, from opportunity to signed revenue
  • Build and run structured account plans that protect and grow revenue against clear retention goals
  • Analyze portfolio performance, combining data and customer feedback to build the commercial case for growth
  • Lead business review meetings and manage senior stakeholders to strengthen multi-level relationships and open new revenue conversations
  • Project-manage account issues end-to-end - coordinating Solutions Engineering, Product, Data, Legal, and Support to close gaps fast and keep deals and renewals on track
  • Collect and communicate client feedback to Product and R&D teams to influence roadmap priorities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager, carrying and hitting revenue KPIs (retention, upsell, cross-sell) for enterprise accounts
  • Strong project management skills - proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams to a deadline
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into insights and actions
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing long-term, value-driven customer relationships that convert into expansion revenue
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Willingness to travel at least once per quarter
  • Fluent English; Hebrew a plus, but not a must.
  • Experience in the payments industry - an advantage
