About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Integration Architect to lead solution design and integration architecture for client implementations of our AI platform. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll guide enterprise clients through technical discovery, integration strategy, and conversational AI solutioning.

You will shape how our platform leverages LLMs, prompt design, and agentic AI orchestration to deliver intelligent, proactive, and secure digital experiences. Working as a trusted advisor, you’ll align Kasisto’s platform capabilities with customer systems, compliance requirements, and business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead discovery sessions with customers to design integration strategies, AI workflows, and multi-agent orchestration patterns
• Architect integrations between Kasisto’s platform and enterprise systems (CRM, CCaaS, core banking, middleware, identity providers)
• Define and optimize how LLMs, prompts, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) are used in customer solutions
• Design secure authentication and authorization flows (OAuth, SAML, JWT, TLS)
• Collaborate with customer architects, IT, and compliance teams to ensure enterprise-grade deployments
• Provide technical guidance to engineers implementing integrations and AI workflows
• Document solution architectures, agent flows, integration specifications, and knowledge hub designs
• Act as escalation point for integration and AI-related challenges during implementation
• Share best practices for deploying agentic AI in regulated industries, balancing automation with governance

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration, solution architecture, or SaaS platform implementation
• Strong background designing and deploying AI or automation platforms at scale
• Expertise with REST APIs, event-driven integration patterns, and scripting/programming (JavaScript, Python, Java)
• Understanding of LLM behavior, prompt engineering techniques, and orchestration across multiple AI agents
• Familiarity with retrieval pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge hub architectures
• Experience with security protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT, TLS) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills

• Financial services or fintech experience
• Exposure to contact center ecosystems (Genesys, NICE, Five9, Amazon Connect)
• Hands-on work with agent frameworks or AI orchestration platforms
