The Opportunity at Komodo Health

This role is serving as the delivery and configuration arm for Technical Solutions, the group who enables our platform for customers and partners. We support our customers' technical needs throughout the lifecycle of Komodo’s relationship. This role is key to driving scale and quality to allow our customers to unlock value quickly.

Looking back on your first 12 months at Komodo Health, you will have…

  • Obtained a thorough understanding of Komodo’s Healthcare Map, platform, and suite of products, particularly from the technical lens
  • Created and maintained Komodo’s IO playbook and knowledge base sourced from learnings
  • Managed work assignments with quality
  • Maintained active engagement with stakeholders, including Solutions Architects, Support Engineers, leadership
  • Assisted with the transformation of Komodo’s technical support, service, and maintenance model, to improve effectiveness and efficiencies for the organization

You will accomplish these outcomes through the following responsibilities…

  • Execute deliveries as expected
  • Perform configurations to match specs
  • Document learnings
  • Contribute to playbook and codify best practices
  • Meet /exceed team goals

What you bring to Komodo Health:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams in written and verbal manner
  • In-depth understanding of and experience working with data assets or products used by entities (a big plus if this is within the healthcare industry)
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and projects with high quality and grace under pressure, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Understanding (+ mastery) of common technical tools - Snowflake, SQL, AWS, other relational database or data management tools
  • Demonstrated experience working with technical teams

Where You’ll Work

Komodo Health has a hybrid work model; we recognize the power of choice and importance of flexibility for the well-being of both our company and our individual Dragons. Roles may be completely remote based anywhere in the country listed, remote but based in a specific region, or local (commuting distance) to one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago with remote work options.
