The Opportunity at Komodo Health:
Komodo Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing leader to manage our digital marketing initiatives focusing on demand generation, customer renewals/retention, and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong blend of tactical expertise and strategic orientation, with a proven ability to execute marketing strategies that drive results.
As the Director of Performance Marketing and Demand Generation, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and play a crucial role in developing and executing our demand generation and growth marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on driving effective marketing campaigns on a national scale, targeting various segments to attract new customers and nurture existing relationships. This role requires a hands-on approach to digital marketing strategies, including Account Based Marketing (ABM), and a strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and business partners to achieve marketing objectives.

- Developed and implemented strategic marketing plans to enhance lead generation and customer engagement, that drive progress towards the company's growth targets
- Lead the development and management of ABM strategies, focusing on creating customized marketing approaches for key accounts and measuring the impact on sales growth
- Maintained strong partnerships with Sales, Business Development, Product, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment across all marketing channels

- Manage the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, and web optimization, to drive lead generation and customer retention
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine customer and prospect segmentation strategies and develop targeted marketing tactics to support sales objectives
- Provide insights into market trends and customer behavior to inform adjustments in marketing strategies and optimize resource allocation
- Oversee the marketing technology stack in collaboration with Marketing Operations, ensuring tools and technologies are effectively integrated and utilized to maximize marketing performance
- Manage relationships with agencies and third-party service providers to ensure high-quality execution of marketing programs
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing actionable insights to continually refine and improve strategy
What you bring to Komodo Health (required):
- 8+ years of proven experience in digital marketing and demand generation, preferably in a B2B setting, with experience in the healthcare SaaS or analytics sectors highly regarded
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead and execute complex marketing projects
- Deep understanding of marketing automation and ABM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Demandbase)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization
- Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of turning data into actionable insights
- Team-oriented leader with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams

The pay range for each job posting reflects a minimum and maximum range of pay that we reasonably expect to pay across all U.S. locations and may span more than one career level. We carefully consider multiple business-related factors when determining compensation, including job-related skills, work experience, geographic work location, relevant training and certifications, business needs and market demands.
Where You’ll Work
Komodo Health has a hybrid work model; we recognize the power of choice and importance of flexibility for the well-being of both our company and our individual Dragons. Roles may be completely remote based anywhere in the country listed, remote but based in a specific region, or local (commuting distance) to one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago with remote work options.
