The Group Director of health center operations is responsible for the operational effectiveness of an assigned region and for the successful management of Regional Operations Managers and of a team of Client Success Managers and their assigned clients and clinics. Successful health center operations will include improved health of participants, satisfied client partners and efficient operations of the clinic. Lead strategy development for top clients in the region and provide an escalation point for client concerns.
Note: Strong preference for Group Director to reside in Indiana or Ohio.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and oversee a team that manages clients and health centers within a specified geographical region.
- Accountable for expense management and operational budgets within their region
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within region
- Assist clients with understanding and identifying their strategic vision, objectives and needs while providing consultative advice.
- Relentlessly drives clinical outcomes, identifying areas of opportunity and driving the team to ensure we provide the best care possible. Distribute and present various health risk and utilization reports to clients and associated brokers and consultants
- Provide the team with leadership and coaching necessary to ensure the development of relevant business information, timely plans and reports to drive accountability and decision making to optimize client results
- Supports providers throughout region, striving to alleviate administrative burdens so providers can focus on their patients. Responds to provider issues promptly and with a positive spirit.
- Follow processes with accuracy and attention to detail such as collecting data, contracts, etc., and moving them through the appropriate channels.
- Identify customer needs; be continuously alert and responsive to changing customer business environment and needs.
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements, practice acts and certification requirements of assigned territory
- Ensure that all contractual obligations and service commitments are being met and renewals executed
- Oversee the execution of performance guarantees and drive results
- Independently establish and maintain assigned client relationships and provide a high level of customer service
- Maintain awareness of operational issues/performance, alert customer to issues and/or problem resolution, and instill confidence as a reliable partner.
- Oversee the creation of an annual engagement strategy and integrated communications plan and review monthly with client
- Visit clients/client sites on a regular basis; quarterly at a minimum
- Support the implementation of new clinics
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
- Willingness to travel up to 60-70%
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or Healthcare related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in managing operations and client relationships or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range: $105,000 - $150,000/yr
The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
This position is also eligible for an annual incentive.
