ABOUT THE JOB
We’re seeking a Workday Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and technology. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day performance and optimization of the Workday platform while partnering with cross-functional teams (People Operations, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development) to enhance system capabilities and deliver a seamless teammate experience.
As part of the People Experience (HR Team) your work will directly support the effectiveness of our HR Ecosystem—ensuring our systems run smoothly, securely, and are future-ready as we grow.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Partners with internal teams to develop and configure scalable solutions that enhance human resources processes and user experience.
Collaborates with human resources operations and cross-functional teams to define business requirements and map core human resources processes for automated workflows in human resources systems.
Verifies accurate system configurations to meet business needs, including content loading, setup, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting upgrades and new releases.
Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end users, and communicates status to relevant stakeholders.
Develops test scenarios for project launches, scheduled releases, upgrades, and enhancements.
Maintains documentation on business processes, configurations, and other materials.
Review business procedures/workflows to ensure system features are being fully utilized and identify Workday features that may improve efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS
5 years’ experience in Workday required
Workday HCM certification (preferred)
Strong configuration knowledge of Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Security, and Integrations
Prior background and expertise in HR fundamentals
Experience with developing procedure documentation and user guides
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and project management skills.
As a fully remote position, ability to work independently and autonomously. Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions
Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
Clear communication of technical details to non-technical stakeholders
Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000/yr
